Booking is simple — just message us on WhatsApp with your preferred dates and number of guests, and we'll confirm availability, share pricing, and handle the reservation within minutes. You can also enquire through our Contact page and we'll get back to you promptly.
All properties include hotel-quality linens and towels, fully equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, smart TV, and premium toiletries. Many apartments also include building amenities such as a pool, gym, and 24-hour concierge. Specific inclusions are listed on each property page.
Standard check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We offer self-check-in via smart lock or key handover for full flexibility.
Our Downtown Dubai properties are within walking distance of both the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall — typically 10 to 15 minutes on foot. Many apartments have direct Burj Khalifa and fountain views from the balcony, so you'll never miss the 6 PM or 8 PM fountain show.
No minimum stay.
We accept bank transfer, credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and cash in AED. Payments via Airbnb or Booking.com are also accepted when booking through those platforms. A refundable security deposit is required at check-in.
